Delivery Times 

Our normal delivery time is between 2-3 days from purchase and clearing of funds. 

Due to COVID-19 conditions at present, we have experienced additional delays. These have been caused by unprecedented global demand on devices like headsets, delays in international and local freight.

We will ensure we get your purchase to you as soon as possible.

Warranty and Returns  

Whilst uncommon, sometimes devices can go wrong or not work!

Most manufacturers offer a 2 year warranty for return on faulty devices (“back to manufacturer”). Should your device be faulty, contact us and we can direct you to obtain the quickest resolution to fix your device or find a replacement.

Sale items will only attract a 30 day “return” of goods refund, and shall be returned to us for inspection.
